Can I programtically set the Database password from within the databse
itself?
I want to give the user a Form that allows her to change the database
pasword as she wants.
Is this possible?

Is there NO WAY to programatically change the Password of the database
that is running.
The User or owner of the database wants me to give her the ability to
change her password as she desires.
I've gathered that it can be done on an EXTERNAL dataabase?!?! This
doesn't seem to make sense to me.
What am i missing?
