Database Reconciliation

Hello,

I have a DB with users in NYC & LDN. DB resides on LDN Server. NYC users
complain about time it takes to access the application.

I would like to create a copy of the LDN Access application and move it to
the NYC server, and run a daily reconciliation.

What is the best way to do this.

Its a small db 5mg, 9 tables. Only 2 of which contain the primary /
secondary information.

Thanks - any help would be much appreciated.
