1. Have you tried Compact and repair your database?

2. Have you tried JetComp.exe?

3. Have you tried creating a new blank database and importing all objects
from the existing database to the new database?

Presumably you tried the compact/repair (Tools | Database Utilities.)

If that can't rescue it, you might try Microsoft's JetComp utilitity:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/273956/en-us

Otherwise you could be looking at a professional restore service such as:
http://www.everythingaccess.com/acce...baserepair.htm
(Or better still, restoring a backup if you have a recent one.)

For suggestions on how to avoid the continued corruption, see:
Preventing Corruption
at:

It's a lengthy list of things to work through, but they are all important
issues.

Try read up on corruption with links found at Tony Toews page
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm.

You may need to restore from a backup.

It means your database has become corrupted. I hope you have a current
backup; you may well need it.

See

http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm

for causes, possible cures, and preventatives for such corruption.
