Database Lockout - Too good for myself

Hi

I created a user database, and set a form to open on startup.
However now, I cannot edit the database anymore (I have locked myself out!)

How can I start the database in edit mode?

Hold the shiftkey down while opening the mdb (ensure you keep holding it down until the file opens).
