Is it possible to have a Access database open up
online so that the user may search the database and click
on the links in the database that bring up images stored
on the server. If not what would be a simple and efficeint
way to accomplish this?

Yes. You can either use the FP Database component or hand code this with
ASP. You must be hosted on a IIS to use Access Database.
