Database importing error

I created a query in a database I have and exported it to Excel. I then sent
that query to someone else within the building. He opened the Excel document
fine, saved it to his computer and then wanted to import that document into a
database he has. However, when he now tries to import that or any other
spreadsheet for that matter into his database it says it cannot find the
object and then names my query. I put his database on the network and tried
to import the same spreadsheet into the same database just from my computer
and it works fine. He tried to reboot his pc, but that didn't help either.
What would be causing his database to not work. I send him spreadsheets all
the time that he then imports into a database.

Thanks.
