I want to know if anyone can point me in the right direction on database
formulas - I need to know what is the best one. I want to pull
"LastName", "FirstName", "Cost", "Qty", and "Comments" into the report
on an End Of Month basis.

I know I am not giving much here but an example might help if anyone
can provide?

Once again - thanks for all of your help here!!

Paul

What are these? Column Heads? Named Ranges? Fields in an external database?
How is each month's data identified? Date column in the same worksheet?
Different worksheets? Different XLS files? Attributes in an external database?
