database engine is corrupted

i keep getting this every time i run my creative media
organiser database engine is corrupted please run the
microsoft jet engine 4.0 service pack 3 i have searched
and downloaded numerous programs but to no avail.. can
someone please give me some hints or tips to sort this
out ...thanks in advance

Please contact the vendor of Creative Media Organizer to resolve the issue.

The problem lies with their product not with the O.S.
