Database Creation

Hi, i need to create a database to send out newsletters to customers. my customers will fill in an enquiry form and it will be sent to me via email from my website. I do not know how to get the email address to be sent to a database automatically (that i need to create) i am fairly new to computers. Please can anyone help. Thanks
