I am looking for some type of free or moderately-priced online database system that can send out reminders to specified recipients at predetermined intervals. Specifically, I need to remind managers of paperwork that must be submitted that is connected with a specific employee and due at predetermined intervals (14 days, 30 days, etc.) after their hire date. I would like to simply create a form where I can enter the employee name, hire date, manager email, and then the system takes over and emails the manager at the predetermined times.
If there is nothing like this online, is it possible to somehow link Access and Outlook to do this? Thanks for your suggestions. (Keep in mind you're definitely not talking to a computer genius!)
