Hello,



Is there a way that when you click in the cell, and when the list shows,
that you can make the width of the unfolded list wider than the column ?



The properties of all the cells in the column are 'wrapped' so the entire
text is visible.

But the text in the list is > than the width of the column, so not
everything is visible in the list (after you make the selection in the list,
the text in the cell is wrapped).

There is no provision for it. Debra Dalgleish has a page that shows a method
to use code to manage a Combobox from the control toolbox toolbar to simulate
the data validation dropdown. You can control the width of the dropdown list
in that control

I don't have the exact URL of that page, But it is in the Data validation

See Colo's Excel Junk Room for some code to do this. See also my post from
earlier today (03-05-07) trying to implememt a slightly modified version of
that code - having an intermittant problem with it.
