How can i transfer data between two computers without internet connection
using a LAN card or normal modem

And i also want to know is it possible with the both or not?

Get a USB 2.0. data link cable

Hello,

You can use a ethernet crossover cable to connect to machines using the
ethernet ports on them. You do not need a router/switch or any additional
