How can I Make a copy of the data source so that when I
travel I can still have axcess? I made several data
sources for several mailing list and it is only on my
main computer. Please help !!!

The data source will be a file of some sort (depending on how it was
created - it could be a Word document, Excel workbook, Access database,
Outlook PST file etc etc etc) copy that file to a removeable disc of
sufficient capacity.
The mailmerge helper will tell you the filename - see
