Data shows in MS Querry, won't return to Excel.

Using MS Querry, I get the data that I am looking for to show up, but that
same data will NOT show up in Excel. For example I have criteria if date >=
[enter date], works in Querry, Excel states a Driver parameter is missing.

Have also tried if Date >= Date()-7 (sysdate won't work either), this won't
work in Querry at all.
Not sure if some settings are messed up or why the retrieve works in Querry
but won't transfer to Excel.
Thanks for any help.
