Hi,
i have a win2k domain named abc.com, I configured another domain
xyz.com. After this, using the ldifde utility i exported all the users
from domain abc.com and then imported them in the domain xyz.com. All
this went very smoothly and i was up and running very soon.
The issue now is that all the data in domain abc.com has to be
shifted/ migrated to domain xyz.com, What i want to know is as
follows:
Is there a method for me to transfer this existing data from abc.com
to xyz.com so that the shares are maintained and the access rights are
also maintained. I mean that i would not need to reassign the rights
to different folders for the various users.
Any help will be valuable.
