I am using outlook 2007 and I have created two different profiles.
One for me and one for hubby.
I have got Outlook to prompt for a user but the problem is it opens both
mine and hubbies personal folders.

Is this correct and which one will start downloading?

Regards

At the same time?

No that is not correct. Are you SURE you have actually created separate Mail
profiles? (Control Panel-Mail-Show Profiles)

You better solution by far is to create a second Windows user account...

It should just ask which Profile you want to open when you launch Outlook.
Is it not doing that?

That's because one or both of the profiles you created includes both PSTs.
Include only the PST you want in each profile.
