Hi,
i'm trying to get Outlook to automatically export data in an email (coming
from an online form) into a pre-formatted Word or Excel file by setting up
an export rule in the Rules Wizard.
It says it needs to install a Microsoft Office XP Pro translator, starts to
install and then demands the Office disc. Although i have all the discs for
some reason it's not finding whatever it is that it needs.
So now i'm wondering if there's another way to get the data sent in the
email into either Word or Excel. Is there anyone here who can tell me what
the problem with the translator installation might be, or enlighten me to a
better/different way of transferring the data?
