Have you checked to see if your cells are hidden?
Is your worksheet protected?

Sounds like a print area problem, maybe. Try clearing the print Area
(File/Print Area/Clear Print Area). Then try printing again. James

Hi,

Verify whether you can view all those rows in Print Preview mode. If you can
view them in Print Preview then those rows are having some other color values
that do not display in the Normal view.

Change the clolor value using the procedure below:

1. Select those rows that do not print.
2. Right-click and select Forma t Cells
3. In the Format Cell dialog box click the Font tab.
4. Click the color list and select Automatic or select the Normal Font check
box.
5. Click Ok to return to the active worksheet.

Note: Even if you the data is not visible in the Normal view, and they
continue to exist, the content can be viewd in the Print Preview mode.

Did you mean that you can see the rows when you do File|Print preview?

If yes...

I don't think that excel knows the difference between when you hit Print Preview
and plain old Print.

I'd try a different printer -- or a different printer driver (a fresh download
from the manufacturer's site????).
