The form works beautifully - unless the database happens to be open when
someone is submitting a form. The data never comes through... is there a way
to access that data that must be floating around out there somewhere?

Was the db opened because you were accessing it? because you shouldn't. You
should import the db down to your machine to snag data out of it...leaving
the online db alone.

You can not have the database open in Access and also use it on a web site at the same time.

Oops, learn something new everyday. Thank you so much for your assistance.
I'll do as you suggest and hopefully won't lose any more data. Thanks, Maria
