I am using FrontPage 2003 to attempt to customize a Sharepoint site.
The 'Insert Data View', 'Insert Web Part', and 'Insert Web Part Zone'
options under the 'Data' menu are disabled. I am an administrator on
the Sharepoint site. Two other co-workers with similar privileges can
access these menu options. I have uninstalled/reinstalled FrontPage
at least 3 times to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

It has nothing to do with FrontPage (so you can stop re-installing it!). It
has to do with your permissions on the SharePoint site. This is all handled
by SharePoint. Check your permissions and site groups.

Actually, these should not be controlled by permissions on the Server. If
you have permission to open the SharePoint site, you have permission to
insert from the Data Menu.

Check under Tools > Page Options > Authoring

Make sure you have selected the authoring settings for SharePoint Services.
I'm not sure why you would have turned this option off, so just be aware
that making choices in this dialog disables certain UI from within
FrontPage.
