can i send data to a listitem?

for example

item1 ----> index 0 ------> data 15
item2 ----> index 1 ------> data 10
item3 ----> index 2 ------> data 6
item4 ----> index 3 ------> data 9

and if i can do something like this
how do i get the data from the item?

You need to create you own listitem:
