Hello,

How can I get data pasted into an Excel Data list to have the same format as
previous records in the list? I have tried formatting the "new record" list
at the bottom (with the astrick) with no luck. I am using Excel to analyze
some turnover data, and it's a pain to have to fix the formatting of pasted
data every time I add to the list.

Thanks!
Scott C.

From where are you collecting then pasting?

The format of that collected/copied data is the key.

Perhaps the data looks like numbers but is actually text?
