Data information on name conflict ID 4319

Could some one help me and translate this data for our server as I
have a name conflict and would like to find the IP address of the
conflict

Also could some inform me how to traslate

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NetBT
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4319
Date: 20/07/2007
Time: 10:44:36
User: N/A
Computer: SVR3-DC-RH
Description:
A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network. The IP address
of the machine that sent the message is in the data. Use nbtstat -n in
a command window to see which name is in the Conflict state.

0000: 00 00 04 00 01 00 54 00 ......T.
0008: 00 00 00 00 df 10 00 c0 ....ß..À
0010: 01 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

Have you done the following?

"Use nbtstat -n in a command window to see which name is in the Conflict
state"

Yes, it is showing no conflit on the machine
