data grid situation

Using vb in vstudio .net
I have implement the datagrid control in the application
this is the situation I fill my datagrid with data and the scroll of the
data grid not appear to be anable
but it is enable mydatagrid.enable = "true", but the scroll disappear for
any reason. see de jpg http://www.properlyfit.com/test.html
did some body know why is this happening ?
