The same keyboard shortcut will invoke forms in XL2007, as that used in
XL200
Alt D O
There is no icon on any of the Ribbons for Data Forms, but you can add
one to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar)
Round Office button>Excel Options>Customise>All commands>scroll down to
Forms>Insert>OK
