I'm trying to stop users messing around with PST files and settings. I've
disabled all the PST related stuff in the file menu, but the button in the
options dialog box is the only thing I can't seem to disable.

It's not a toolbar button, therefore, it has no CommandBar ID. What are you
trying to accomplish?
