Using Outlook 2003, does anyone know the command ID for the "Data Files"
button in Tools > Options > Mail Setup?

It's not a toolbar button, therefore, it has no CommandBar ID. What are you trying to accomplish?

I'm trying to stop users messing around with PST files and settings. I've
disabled all the PST related stuff in the file menu, but the button in the
options dialog box is the only thing I can't seem to disable.

You might want to consider use of the DisablePST setting. See http://www.windowsitpro.com/Article/...961/40961.html
