I accidentally deleted a Microsoft Exchange account from Outlook. Now I get
"Cannot create an email message because the data file to send and receive
messages could not be found. To add a data file such as a personal folder
file, double-click on the Mail icon in Control Panel."

What should I do?

Thank you

Perform a system restore to a point prior to when you removed the account.
Then create a PST, move the data from the default folders to the PST, make the
PST the delivery location, and then delete the Exchange account.
