I have a Ms Outllook 2003 installed on an XP Pro Laptop. When I try to add a
new pst file, the option is not under Data File Type. The only thing is the
list is Business Contact. How do I insert a data file type? Thank You

I'm sorry I miscommunciated my issue. No Outlook Data File Storage Types
Available
when I select the File/New/Outlook Data File. The list is blank.

But I was able to find my solution on another web site. Below is the fix.

In order to fix this error you have to rename ‘mapisvc.inf’ one in

C:\Windows\System32,
and one in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033
Once you rename these files start outlook again and it will reinstall the
correct versions of the file

Then you can able to acces the Types of storage list for creating pst
