I get a message every morning when I start up outlook 2003, "The data file
mailbox - username " was not closed properly.
This file is being checked for problems. "

Then it takes 5 minutes to examine mailbox before opening up my mailbox and
displaying my emails. I do not know why this happens because the night before
I shut down properly and wait for my monitor and power to turn off before
leaving.
I have tried the Detect and Repair option found in the Help menu but no luck.
I have Service Pack 3 installed and all the latest updates..what else is
there to try?

I was able to recreate the OST file but of course had unselect the Cached
Exchange Mode first.
