Data File Check

Hi,
Outlook 2007 goes into a "data file check" every time I start it, saying some files did not shut down correctly. But I always make sure I close the program correctly, and when it's not in the middle of a Send/Receive or anything. This really slows down performance of my whole computer, and usually ends up with Outlook Not Responding for a little time (doesn't crash though).

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Frank

Even though you might have closed Outlook correctly, it may still be running
in the background or crashed upon shutdown. Usually this is caused by an
addin or a program that relies on Outlook.
To troubleshoot see;

Thanks, I disabled some add-ins and it does seem to help. Thanks!
