Data Entry Property

I have my form in data entry mode. When the user opens
the reocrd it doesn't allow any previous records to be
viewd but will scroll to the next record. Also, when a
new record is inputted the user can scoll back to the
previous record. Is there a way to filter the reocords
more so the user can only view the current record only?
