Data Entry Page - trouble creating new record and clearing out the

I've created a data access page for data entry purposes only. I have a
"Submit" button that will save and print the record, but I would also like it
to bring up a new blank record so the user can make another entry if they
like. I can get it to do this, but then it shows the new blank record below
the existing already submitted record on the page. I would rather have it
clear out the submitted record or not show it any longer - essentially
looking like it is starting over with a new data entry page without making
the user close and re-open the page themselves.
