I recently switched from Windows XP to Vista Home Premium (new computer).
Since then, I find that data entered into Excel 2002 always show up as being
ten times smaller than what I entered, forcing me to multiply all data by 10
before entering. Is there a solution to this?

You might check your "fixed decimal" setting at: Tools>Options>Edit. Un
check it and see if that helps.
