I have a mailbox that multiple users have access to via profiles. they can
send/receive email through that Mailbox. The problem is when one person
sends an email from that account to collect data using the email data
collection process, only the person that sent the email can export the data.
Every user that has access can see the emails, but can't export the data to
the database. I need for all users with access to the mailbox have the
ability to export the data. This way the task of exporting is not ties to a
single user. Any ideas??
