Hi

i'll try explain this best i can,

What i got is a table with fields like below

Account Num Email address Customer Number Actuals Forecast Comment

E00001 (E-Mail Removed) C00001 100 100
E00001 (E-Mail Removed) C00002 500 400
E00002 (E-Mail Removed) C00003 500 400
E00002 (E-Mail Removed) C00004 500 400

What i need is when i use the data collection factility is to update the
comments section of this field but leave the rest as read only.

so for example

email address (E-Mail Removed) should recieve and email with two sets of fields so
they can add the comment to and send it back.

is this possible??
