I did this the other day (on Windows XP) by using "Copy to CD or Device" and
selecting "Data CD" from the drop-down on the right side of the screen.
(You may need the HighMAT writing extension from
http://highmat.com/download
for this to work).
However, I didn't find the resultant CD very useful (to me) as the the
original directory structure of the audio files was not presereved.
