Data Back Up

's Computer Specifications

Running XP Home. I simply want to back up files (daily)
to an external hard drive (to be purchased). Is there is
an XP Home utility to support this? Do external hard
drives normally include software for auto back ups?

All files or just some files? NTI and Norton have some programs that will
image a drive.

NT back up the MS backup utility is found oh the cd under support folder.
