I have an Access Database with a text field that stores hyperlinks. I also
have a data access page that allows users to enter paramters of a query and
get a list of records. Next to each records, I would like a button OR a
hyperlink that navigates to the address stored in the hyperlink field. Does
anyone have any ideas?

if I understand you - and I'm not sure I do - a hyperlink field as defined by
the table field property (not a text field with hyperlink info !!) will
open/navigate as you describe.
