If it's been changed to one channel, then it will remain one channel, you'll
not be able to split it out in to true stereo again. Most ediitng apps will
allow you to copy the left channel to the right (and vice versa) so you have
identical sound coming from both. I've not domne this with MM so would need
to check if it is possible.
