Hey, I have Outlook 2003 and it wont work. Repair and
uninstall then reinstalling it doesnt help. The error is:
an extension failed to initialize. Can not open file
extend.dat etc. THe file is there, I have the correct
permissions but it wont boogie.

What is the fix for this?

Rename the file to .old. Make sure all your add-ins are Outlook 2003
compatible
