My norton system works 2002 is scheduled to expire 1/17/2004.
Went to website where i was presented with 16 different versions.

Chose to renew for 1 year. Paid 20 dollars with Visa. Live update did its
live update.
My norton whatever is still scheduled to expire 1/17/2004.

Nothing happened.

Customer service is not a person it is a computer guessing at what I plainly
asked.

Help?!
