You might try reinstalling the application or check the developer's web
site.

That's rather like asking "I have a damaged car which I would like to
repair.Could anyone tell me how to achieve this?" Just as with the car, how
to do it, or even *whether* you can do it, depends on what's wrong with it.

Where did you get this file? How do you know it's damaged? What application
is it used for? Google gets no hits on 32iuct.dll, which very often means
that it's a virus file that was given a random name.

I did a search for program files then clicked Downloaded program files
and the damaged file no. appeared: 9F1C11AA-197B-4942BA54.
I believe this file depends on 3 files. Download\iuctl.inf System\IU
Engine.dll and System 32\iuctl.dll [damaged]
