Damaged file in the catalog "System Volume Infomation"

My anti virus program telles me that a restore fil in CD13 in the catalog
""System Volume Infomation" is damaged.

I can not access the folder

What sould I do?

      11th Dec 2004
turn of System Restore, which will automatically clean out the System Volume
Information folder and then turn System Restore on again.
(System Properties)
Next make sure you manually take at least 1 new Restore Point for your
system.
