Damaged D/L progs.

I was looking in IE settings trying to get icons back. I know delting temp.
Inet files has much to do w/this.
Anyway in browsing I found C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files. Now off hand
I don't know what progs.
go there. I d/l files to a seperate folder. Anyway there are a couple of
files from earlier today that say Status - Damaged.
Some are also Unknown. My question is can any of these file be delted,
especially the ones that say Damaged?

Any damaged files should be deleted.

Those are the ActiveX components listed in Internet Options, Settings
button, View Objects button.

You can also look at their Properties, Update, or remove from there.
