Hi, my Win XP Pro cd has become damaged, is it possible to get it replaced
from Microsoft?.
Also, I have another XP pro cd, is it possible to use the other CD to
reinstall and use the licence of damaged cd installation.
Both are genuine CD's

Yes you can use the existing working CD provided it is identical to the
damaged one. Identical means both are OEM from same brands or both are
retail versions AND both are XP professional or Home editions.

You can get replacement from Ms if the damaged Cd is retail versions.
