Hi

Does anyone know if you can daisy chain/otherwise connect More than one hard
disc to a single non Raid SATA controller on the Mobo. Some folks say No
(point to point, one device only),others have said up to two hard drives is
possible...has anyone done it?

Kind Regards,
David

SATA does not allow daisy-chaining: it is purely point-to-point.
But some (RAID, and maybe non-RAID) controller cards drive multiple
SATA cables, and so support multiple SATA HDs.

The SATA specs and summaries thereof are on the 'net; RTFM for yourself.
