If you right-click the Winows scheduled task line and then select run, what
happens?
When I first did this I got a status of "could not start" I then right-click
and select properties and made sure my "run as" user was my logon user (who
has admin rights) and then I also went in and re-entered my password for this
user (via the password button) and then I tried to run the MP scheduled task
again.
It then started running fine. After it finished I check in WD home page and
it had updated to last scan "today" with the time run. Not sure if one of the
WD updates blew away the user password? But this worked for me.
