Dailup Connection

I am trying to use my calling card to dial my ISP from a
hotel when on the road. It use to work fine but now my
dialup connection ignores the calling card dialing rules
that I have programmed. It dials the access number and PIN
number without a break. I've tried programming in a pause
for several seconds and wait for voice to end - neither
one is acknowledged when I dial. Any ideas?
