Hi all
I have received 2 daemon nondelivery notices in the past couple of weeks. I
did not sent the messages that they are referring to. I suspect a scam.

You suspect correctly. Delete them.

Either that or a spammer is using your address.

Depending on the malicious intent of the entity that is possibly using
your email address, you might become infected just by checking that
email, or by having it display in Outlook's Reading Pane. I read a
piece by an Outlook guru that warned against having the Inbox's
Reading Pane activated for that very reason.

You might want to consider using a small app like Pocketknife Peek to
take a look at suspicious emails, such as daemon warnings or mail from
unknown senders, without opening them. PP works with Outlook, I
suspect there are other similar (perhaps better) apps available for
other email clients.
