This card is not recognize by Win2K and replace by a
Winbond slower.

What is slower?
Slower boot? Slower brawse? Slower start application? slower all over performance?

If that DFE530TX were from ISP, (like I get DFE530TX with dsl router from SBC)
Drivers are in SBC CD.

also How did you install driver?

Did you check Dlink Support website?
